This January, the Lafayette Choral Department will be hosting a chorus event for your eighth grade choir students. The event will consist of a workshop and performance with the Lafayette Choirs. Students will get the opportunity to work with the directors, get to know other choir students, learn more about what awaits them, and learn more about the audition process in the Spring.

Our goal is to keep students involved in choral singing through the transition from Middle school to High School. We have great opportunities for students and want to ensure that they sign up and stay involved.

Students need not prepare anything prior to coming to Chorus Night. We will teach them all they need for the performance that evening.

While we understand that all of your choir students may not be planning to attend Lafayette, we would love to have all of your students attend! All are welcome. This is a must-do event for those preparing to audition for the choirs.
