Consider that you need meals for the 2
and-a-half days you are in Louisville.
Please budget accordingly. There are several
choices around the convention area for
meals. The Lafayette Students will eat
one meal together
Travel:
You are responsible for getting your own
ride home from All-State. I must have
in writing (Return
Travel Form) when and how you are
planning to return to Lexington on Friday
or Saturday. Students are not allowed
to drive themselves!
Note: Under NO
circumstance is anyone but your assigned
roommates allowed to stay in your rooms.
You and your guest will lose future travel
privileges (Yes, this includes Washington
DC – I don’t care if you have
paid already) This is a tremendous liability
to me/the school. Don’t put me in
that position.
Cell Phones:
Do not use your cell phones around any
official All-State event. This includes
rehearsal and performances. DO NOT leave
a rehearsal to take/make a phone call.
Only use them on long breaks such as meals
and free time.
Additional Rules:
Remember that all Fayette count and Lafayette
student code of conduct rules apply during
this event.
Do NOT leave the convention area
by yourself. Always be in groups of two
or more. Your assigned chaperone should
know where your group is at all times.
You are responsible for telling them.
Straying from these rules are
grounds for being sent home early and
future All-State and Choral trip privileges
may be revoked at the discretion of the
directors.
Please submit your cell phone
number to Mr. Marsh prior to departure
for use in emergencies.
